You'll find us in Herefordshire's
Golden Valley, where the countryside even today
is fresh and unspoiled. From our manufacturing
base we have magnificent views across to the Black
Mountains in Wales. According to an article in
the Sunday Times (August 2003), "only three
large reservoirs of tranquillity remain in England:
North Devon, the Marches of Shropshire and Herefordshire,
and the North Pennines, all of which have dark
night skies". So, if you feel guilty about
eating chocolates, we have a solution for you.
Come to Herefordshire, and eat them in peace,
and in the dark!
Our aim is to make our chocolates as fresh and
unspoiled as the landscape. They're full of genuine
flavours - real butter and cream, real alcohol,
local (and sometimes hedgerow) fruits. Nothing
is added that might spoil the flavour - so no
preservatives, and, of course, no added fats.
We use only top quality Belgian and French chocolate,
and we're sure you will not be disappointed by
the results.
If you live in or near to Herefordshire, there
is probably an outlet near you which stocks our
chocolates. Of course, we will always be happy
to see you if you want to call in at our Peterchurch
home, though it's advisable to make contact first
if it's to be a special visit.
