This is where it all happens

We've been making chocolates in the peace of Herefordshire's Golden Valley (through which runs the river Dore) for 9 years. Our goals have always been quality, freshness, and flavour. We use only the finest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible, and the very best Belgian chocolate, and we never stop trying to be even better.

Our flavours combine the best of what is traditional with others that are entirely our own creation - though you won't find anything outlandish. Our chocolatier will only make what he likes, and he doesn't like curry chocolates, or centres made from cheese and strawberry jam. We want your reaction to our chocolates to be not "How interesting..." but "That was totally wonderful. Can I have another?", and judging from our devoted local following, we think we've got the balance about right.

We're happy to do chocolates to special order, or for special occasions and weddings.
